Refunds

At OWStore, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make the return and refund process as simple and transparent as possible.


1. Refund & Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must include the original packaging and tags.

  • A receipt or order number is required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (such as special prints or embroidery).

  • Final-sale or clearance items.

  • Accessories that have been worn, used, or are missing original packaging.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take a few business days depending on your bank or card provider.


6. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.


9. Shipping Returns
